Sparkle Smiles Studio offers free in-studio pickup for customers who prefer to collect their order in person. This option is available at checkout and is a great way to save on shipping costs and receive your items sooner.

Pickup Processing Times:

After placing your order, please allow up to 2 business days to pickup

You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email once your order has been prepared.
Please wait for this email before arriving at the studio.

What to Bring:

When picking up your order, please bring:

• Your order confirmation email

• A valid photo ID (matching the name on the order)

If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, please notify us in advance via email.

How Long We Hold Your Order:

Pickup orders are held for 7 days from the date of your “Ready for Pickup” email.

After 7 days without pickup or communication:

• The order may be cancelled without refund, as products are prepared and reserved specifically for you.

• Studio pickup is free and has no additional fees.

• Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time to ensure your order is ready and properly labeled.

• Pickup availability follows our regular studio hours.
