Lightweight items such as:

These ship using Canada Post Lettermail for a flat rate of $4.99.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your province.

Tracked Parcel – Whitening Kits & Bulk Orders

Larger or thicker items including Whitening Kits or orders containing multiple products, ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel for $10.99.

Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days depending on your province.

 

Free Shipping Over $99

Enjoy FREE Canada-wide shipping on orders of $99 or more (before tax).
This is automatically applied at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times once your order has shipped:

• Ontario: 2–4 business days

• Quebec & Eastern Canada: 3–6 business days

• Western Canada: 4–7 business days

• Remote/Rural Regions: 6–12 business days

Note: Lettermail shipments (untracked) may take slightly longer during peak seasons or weather delays.

Returns & Refunds

At Sparkle Smiles Studio, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cosmetic, oral care, and personal-use products, all sales are final for hygienic and safety reasons.

However, we make exceptions in the following cases:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item(s)

• A brief description of the issue

We will happily replace the item or provide a store credit.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Orders shipped via tracked parcel are fully covered.

• Orders sent via Lettermail do not include tracking and cannot be refunded if delayed or lost by the carrier.
